We live in the Greensburg area and used Simple Fix for a few projects around our home. Our storm door wouldn’t close and was crooked, they repaired it. The painted the exterior trim on our home and our interior foyer banister. Everything was done to perfection and in a timely manner.

Had to do a large scale sewer renovation and while the pipework was handled by Sullivan Super Service, Simple Fix handled the Water Mitigation and putting everything back in place after removing carpet and tile.
The water mitigation team treated all my items with care and helped make sure everything was clean and safe during all points of the job. I appreciate how they tarped off all my belongings so they would be untouched by any of the work during the whole job.
When it came time to replace everything it was essentially a renovation to my downstairs with new tile, new carpet, and fresh paint. Ben, Scott, and J were an amazing team that came first thing in the morning to help put my home back in order. Typically I am hesitant to ask for too much and try to keep my wants and requests simple. Yet they were not afraid to personally offer to go above and beyond, such as helping me to get rid of multiple pieces of large furniture, and leaving my basement in a better state than I could have ever expected.
Overall, I was glad for every bit of effort that Simple Fix gave to my home and my project. All their efforts went far beyond my expectations with their very thoughtful actions and foresight as well as refusing to settle for merely getting the job done.

Owning an older Pittsburgh home means encountering frequent issues with leakage. We've worked with Simple Fix two different times to solve two different leaks. Both times they were quick to get to the house to assess water damage, open up the wall for our plumbers, and set up water damage mitigation efforts.
Our second set of work with them this year was quite a bit more complex, requiring removal of our cabinets and microwaves as well as the toilet and tile in the bathroom. We worked with Ben & Jason on this project. They were great to work with through the process - allowing us to select some new materials to replace the old damaged tiles and backsplash. We had to pivot partway through the project and they were helpful in selecting new tile to replace our previous tile in the bathroom.
I will say that it took us quite a while to get the work done after the water mitigation, but I think that was mostly due to the back-and-forth with our insurance company. Luckily we didn't have to do too much to coordinate with the insurance company, the Simple Fix team handled this all which was a huge weight off of our shoulders!
Overall, highly recommend Simple Fix for any water damage issues you might have in the Pittsburgh area. We're hoping we don't encounter any more of these issues, but if we do we'll certainly be calling back! 🙂

Ben and the whole Simple Fix team handled our complete kitchen renovation from the restoration after a dishwasher leak ruined our floors, cabinets and walls to the completed project. They worked excellently with our insurance company and most of all communicated with us constantly updating us along the way. They were extremely professional, helped make excellent recommendations for our cabinets, countertops and floors and adjusted on the fly when any issues cropped up, resolving everything quickly and expertly. It’s almost hard to believe but everything was completed from the time we found the leak to the last drawer installed in just under 4 months - including handling the moisture damage that leaked to our garage.
Overall we could not have been more pleased with Simple Fix from the restoration to the assessment to the project management to the financial aspects. They handled it all and again, with constant communication unlike almost any other contractor I’ve ever worked with.

Simple Fix was very professional, fast and efficient. Once I noticed a stain on my ceiling Simple Fix's Ryan came out inspected the damage and gave me a timeframe of repair work and help with communicating with my insurance company. Tyler, another staff person (didn't get his name) and Ryan came to my house within a day or two to start the repair and clean up in my bathroom and kitchen. There was a leaking toilet that caused water damage to the kitchen ceiling. They came and prepared the areas so as not to cause additional damage. Took up part of the floor and ceiling in the kitchen where the damage was. Cleaned the area where it leaked and found out the flange under the toilet is damaged. When I had to call the office to ask questions, I spoke with a nice gentleman with a radio dj voice which was cool. He took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you again for that. All-in-all Simple Fix was there to support me through the process and they respected my home and me. I appreciated that because I know my home isn't a million dollar home, but they still took care to treat me professionally and did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

We contacted Simple Fix for support after our sewer line required repairs in our finished basement. Tyler and Ryan have been great through the entire process making sure that our needs are met from carrying out the repair to dealing with the insurance company. They really have the clients best interest which is rare from our recent contractor experiences. For sure we will continue to recommend and use Simple Fix.

We began working with the mitigation crew at Simple Fix due to a pipe bursting behind our kitchen sink and continued to work to complete our kitchen renovation with this remarkable Company. Our early 1900s basement is in the best condition it has ever been thanks to them. And all I had to pay was my deductible.

We had an amazing experience with Simple Fix! They recently redid our bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Austin did a fantastic job…he handled all the work with a helper, paying great attention to detail, from hanging wallpaper and painting to installing a new floor, subfloor, and beautiful new tile. Everything looks flawless! Highram, the project manager, was outstanding as well. He checked in multiple times a day to ensure everything was running smoothly and offered helpful ideas that really elevated the final look of the space!! Highly recommend Simple Fix for any home project..professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with!

Joe and his crew were amazing! The price was in my budget, they showed up when they said they would, finished on time and left the place super clean! What was important to me is they showed up when they said they were going to and they finished when they said they were going to. I didn't have to wonder if they were coming back or not. They were fast, efficient and clean! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking some work done, big or small!

I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that leaked through my kitchen ceiling, which had to be torn up to repair the leak. The Simple Fix team coordinated w/ the plumber to minimize the amount of times I had to be home to wait for repairs to the bathroom. Everyone called when they were on their way and let me know if they were going to be late. When it came time to fix the ceiling, the crew was very professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. They painted my ceiling and just as they were about to leave, they noticed that the plaster on the ceiling did not look quite right in the natural light, so they came back without me having to do anything to fix it until I was happy with it. In summary very pleased with this team and would recommend them to others.

Simple Fix has been wonderful! I had water damage in my basement and they made the repair process easy. They kept in contact pretty regularly to let me know when and how things were progressing. I recently had a second water issue from a sewer line in my attached garage. They were my first call! They handled the water mitigation and even made the arrangements for the plumbing issue to be fixed. They are just starting the inside repair work, but I know it will look great when its done just like last time. Hopefully I won’t have any more restoration needs, but I know who to call if I do!

We had a pretty severe toilet leak which caused damage to our entire bathroom floor and the ceiling in our basement. The team at Simple Fix was over within one day and we had a quote and the remediation/ drying process were started within three days. Considering our situation and the need to work quickly this was very appreciated. They made the most out of a crappy situation. My wife and I would strongly recommend Joe and his team for any water remediation you have!

We had a drain leak into our finished basement which caused damage and we had to refinish the entire basement. The water remediation company recommended Joe with Simple Fix. Joe was quick to respond and we met to discuss what we wanted to do. Unfortunately dealing with the insurance company was a big hassle but Simple Fix worked with us to navigate the process. Joe was great at getting back to us to discuss the project and give us recommendations. We are very happy with the results. It is refreshing to find a contractor that actually gets back to you. I would definitely use them for any projects we may have in the future!
